Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://windowsandbros.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Windows And Bros markets and arranges Interior Window Cleaning, Exterior Window Cleaning, Driveway Pressure Washing, Sidewalk Pressure Washing, Patio Pressure Washing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Windows And Bros (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
End of Use. Windows And Bros may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Windows And Bros makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Windows And Bros arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Windows And Bros against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
